Bay County passed an ordinance this week that becomes effective July 1.  In an effort to clean up the beach, the ordinance states that tents, umbrellas, chairs, etc., left on the beach outside the dune line between 9 PM and 5 AM will be considered trash and will be disposed of as trash.  It goes on to say not to expect to recover the items.  Enforcement is expected to begin July 1.

Summer concerts at Pier Park started this week and are expected to continue through the summer season.

Booking up early this year

Vacationers are booking early this year as compared to years past.  We have some dates open in April,  few in May, June and only a week left in July.  Get those inquiries in soon if you plan to go to PCB this year as they're predicting the best year ever.

At Pinnacle Port, everyone loves the newly widened beach.  If you haven't been since December, you need to go and see how wide the beach is; we've been there 8 years and it has never been this wide since we've been there.

We still have dates open in April, a few in May, several in June, and only a week in July.  Book early before your desired dates are gone.
